Doorheen mijn carriere, merkte ik op dat study site of sponsor personeel vaak training, leiding en hulp mist. Terwijl het volume in voorschriten blijft toenemen. Getraind zijn op GCP is niet voldoende om in overeenstemming te zijn met de vereisten. Ziekenhuizen hebben vaak een gebrek aan budget om dezelfde IT-hulpmiddelen dat gebruikt wordt door farmaceutische bedrijven. Maar Site staff zijn heel gemotiveerde mensen met heel veel talent!
